Alex Verdolini is the translator of Barroco and Other Writings by Severo Sarduy (Stanford University Press, 2024). He is a PhD candidate in Comparative Literature at Yale University and teaches at The Cooper Union.
Jacqui Cornetta is an interdisciplinary artist and educator, working with text, translation, and sound. Their writing and translations from Spanish have been published in The Offing, Circumference, Words Without Borders, Lost & Found: CUNY Poetics Documents Initiative, The Puerto Rico Review, Los Angeles Review of Books, and elsewhere.
Leo Grossman holds a dual BA in Spanish literature and European letters from Wesleyan University and an MFA in literary translation from CUNY Queens College. Previously a translator at the New Sanctuary Coalition’s asylum clinic, Leo currently serves as a bilingual aide for the NYC Department of Education.
